Easel Cards

Hi everone. Happy Monday. Sorry I didn't post for a couple of days, I've had a bad time but I have to say that my friends have been AMAZING this w/end bringing me back to my happy place! I have NEVER had somebody slam my character in public before, absolutely dreadful and I was just devastated, not least because it was totally uncalled for.

BUT the great thing that came out of it was that my SCS friends have been just amazingly supportive. The person who felt it necessary to post about me, unfortunately, has not got the integrity to move on and away from the group I chat in ... so I'm going to have to be subjected to that for some time. It feels bad, I won't go into details but I know my mum will be calling when she reads this! Good job she lives all the way over there in England because when she sees the attitude this woman has towards English people, she won't be pleased!!!!!

My friend Michele turned up on Friday with a box of cupcakes .... yummo, loved that Michele, thanks so much. And then Cathy turned up yesterday with this BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement and a hug from all my Mingle friends. I love those girls ... you all made me feel soooo much better.

And now onto my card! Lynn gave us a wonderful technique today, an Easel card! Isn't it great? I made it nice and easy because I'll be sending A LOT of cards out to my supportive friends this week. I love you girls, you know who you are!

Recipe
Stamps : Friends 24-7
Cardstock : Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Razzleberry Lemoinade
Ink : None
Accessories : Crushed Curry & Soft Suede markers (on the sentiment), Playground Designer Buttons, Soft Suede Polka Dot Ribbons

I'm glad you enjoyed the cupcakes, even if Cathy out did me with flowers and chocolates! The flowers are beautiful!

And the card is super awesome! The sentiment seems to be rather fitting!

What gorgeous flowers! So glad that you found the support needed in such a difficult time. It's hard to believe what people will do or say just for attention.

The easel card is out of this world! What a gorgeous design!!!

Emma, you are a classy lady! Anyone who has ever met you or just chatted with you, would know that. Not everyone has those qualities, and it's not something you can learn, EVER.

You are loved! Don't ever forget that!
