Here are some Easter cards I made for a friend at work. So nice to be able to make something for Spring!

The cross was made using Stampin' Up's lattice die.

For a Tigers Fan

A friend of mine lost his Mother a few weeks ago and it's her birthday on the 19th. He had commissioned me to make her a Tigers Baseball themed card. I was worried about it, I am  not a sport's fan and having lived in America for over 10 years, I totally GET the fanaticism of the Detroit Tigers fans!

He asked me to continue with the commission after her death so that he can mark her birthday with something special. OK, talk about pressure!!! I wanted something feminine, but with a 100% Tiger's theme. My friend Patty reminded me that Tigers' colours are Orange and Navy so armed with that information, I started to play. Here's what I came up with.

I thought it was time I made another one of my Bendy Fold Cards. The tutorial is in the side bar. Splicoast also made a tutorial which can be found here.

March Projects

There's no editing on these photos, it's really late and I should really be in bed. Just wanted to share 3 projects I've pulled together for stamping with some friends tomorrow night. Looking forward to time with my girls. Here's what we're making.

Special thanks for inspiration from Sharon Graham for the CAS Masculine Card, Mary Fish for the 3x3 card & matching envelope and Tanya Bell "Stamping T" for the video on how to make the card using the Tag Topper Closure.
