For a Tigers Fan

A friend of mine lost his Mother a few weeks ago and it's her birthday on the 19th. He had commissioned me to make her a Tigers Baseball themed card. I was worried about it, I am  not a sport's fan and having lived in America for over 10 years, I totally GET the fanaticism of the Detroit Tigers fans!

He asked me to continue with the commission after her death so that he can mark her birthday with something special. OK, talk about pressure!!! I wanted something feminine, but with a 100% Tiger's theme. My friend Patty reminded me that Tigers' colours are Orange and Navy so armed with that information, I started to play. Here's what I came up with.

I thought it was time I made another one of my Bendy Fold Cards. The tutorial is in the side bar. Splicoast also made a tutorial which can be found here.
Recipe
Stamps : Retired Daisy Wheel
Ink : Midnight Muse, Pumpkin Pie, Sahara Sand
Cardstock : Wild Wasabi, Midnight Muse, Pumpkin Pie, Shimmery White

Oh my word Emma, that is perfect! You hit that one out of the ballpark! (sorry, I couldn't resist the cheesey pun!)

The baseball flower centers are so fun. Your card is sure to be a "hit" with your customer.
