Today's 'Ways to Use It' challenge on splitcoast is 'twine' ... use it on a project in any way you can. I decided to pull out the new 'Sew Suite' set and thought the twine may look good bound around the spool. Hey, it does!!!! So here's an easy peasy card ... had to computer generate the sentiment, but it works!Here's a close up so you can see how great the linen thread looks wrapped around the spool.

ReplyDeleteOn another note, I sent an email to SU lamenting the fact that there are many sets, like this one and the antique chair one, that are aching for cute sentiments! But nary a one to be found. I hope they remedy that in the future!
